• Free cancellation — Up to 48 hours before your rental start time
• 50% refund — 24–47 hours before rental
• No refund — Less than 24 hours before rental

Same‑day bookings are non‑refundable.

Refunds are offered only when:

• The Agencia Estatal de Meteorología (Spanish Meteorological Agency) issues an official severe weather warning, or
• Conditions make riding unsafe (e.g. high heat, thunderstorms, extreme winds)

If weather is poor but still safe, we offer:

• Free rescheduling
• 12‑month credit

If you don’t arrive and haven’t contacted us:

• Your booking becomes a no‑show
• The rental is non‑refundable

We hold bikes for 60 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.

Your rental period begins at your chosen start time. Extensions depend on availability and may incur extra charges.

If you experience a mechanical problem:

• Ride-along repairs on rented items such as flat tires and basic maintenance are the customer’s responsibility. Regarding all other repairs on rented items during the rental period, the customer must contact the Trails of the Alhambra as soon as possible.

• If the issue is caused by a faulty part on the bicycle/equipment, Trails of the Alhambra takes full responsibility and will repair/replace the bicycle without extra cost

• If unresolved, we may offer a partial refund or credit

Damage caused by misuse or accidents is not eligible for refunds. Repairs shall be covered by the customer.
