We understand that travel plans can change without warning. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive for both guests and hosts.

Our cancellation terms

Free cancellation (up to 30 days before arrival) — Guests can cancel their reservation at no cost for up to 30 days before check-in. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Partial refund (15-29 days before arrival) —  Cancellations made 15-29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

No refund (0-14 days before arrival) — Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable, as it becomes difficults to rebook the apartment on short notice.

Changes to your reservation

If you need to adjust your travel dates:

• We will do our best to accommodate date changes based on availability.
• Rate differences may apply if the new dates fall during a higher‑demand period.
• Date changes requested within the non‑refundable window are treated as cancellations unless we can rebook the original dates.
